YCW realizes that going out and socialising can be expensive, especially if you don't have a regular income. Therefore, through these events, YCW aims to:
- Provide affordable social events for all young adults
- Build community amongst young adults from different backgrounds
- Fundraise money for YCW services and activities.
Al of our events are organized and run by our members, who all volunteer their time. We are always looking for people who are interested in being part of our organizing committee. Not only do you have fun, but learning event management, budgeting, leadership and group work skills. Contact Sharmila for more information.
Leadership & Formation Events
The YCW runs several weekends away for it's members, contacts and other interested people. YCW retreats aim to develop the participants sense of mission, leadership and spirituality. As with all our events, the cost of the weekend is kept as low as possible.
